Club Tropicana Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients

1 Banana, sliced
25g Oats
Plant based milk – Oat for extra creaminess150g frozen fruit – mango / peach
80g frozen greens of choice – kale / spinach
Toppings: Passion fruit

Method
Use your Ezzentialss Blender. Semi blitz oats, SuperProtein & the Energy Functional blend in a blender/smoothie maker

Add frozen fruit & blend again
Add greens & a splash of milk & blend again
Now add milk until you get a thick smoothie consistency
Once ready, grab a bowl and turn your smoothie jug upside down in the bowl and let run down to the bottom, tease out with a spatula and flatten the top ready for toppings. Load up with your favourite fruit, granola or muesli. Top with passion fruit
